10 Fat-Burning Breakfast Recipes You’ll Love…

Breakfast foods have long been associated with high-sugar, high-carb foods.

But that doesn’t have to be the case!  You can still lose weight, avoid carb-heavy foods, and enjoy delicious, comforting breakfasts.

After enjoying a Slimming Tea Oatmeal this morning, I compiled a list of my top 10 favorite weight loss breakfasts:

banana pancakes

1.  Banana Pancakes

*gluten, grain and dairy free, no added sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 Lg Ripe Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • Baking Soda
  • Coconut Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional:  Crushed Walnuts, Crushed Pecans, Sliced Fruit

  2. Stir in the egg.
  3. Mix in ¼ tsp baking soda if you want to play with the fluffiness.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly spray with oil. Heat to medium-low.
  5. Pour a circle of batter into the pan. (I used about 1 or 2 Tbsp of batter per pancake).
  6. Cook until golden brown on the underside (around 1 minute) sprinkle on any chunky ingredients (e.g. cinnamon, fruit, nuts, if using), then use a spatula to flip and cook until golden brown on the other side (30 seconds to 1 minute).
  7. Serve warm

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place cooked quinoa in a large bowl and let cool slightly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to eight muffin cups.  Use coconut or olive oil to ‘grease’ the cups before transferring in mixture.

5.  Tropical Fruit Salad

Most of us are either trying to maintain a healthy weight, or trying to trim down and get bikini slim.

Great news!  You can’t go wrong with this tangy tropical fruit salad!

It’s perfect for breakfast or midday lunch side.

Grapefruit is a powerful food for weight loss.

Studies show that it has a positive effect on your body’s levels of insulin, a fat-storage hormone.

Moreover, grapefruit is deceptively filling.

It has one of the highest water concentrations of any fruit (about 90% of its weight is water.

Ingredients

  • 2 Grapefruits, peeled & de-‘membraned’
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey

Directions

  1. Drain grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  2. Combine grapefruit sections, juice, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.

6.  Slimming Tea Banana Nut Oatmeal

Both oatmeal and bananas are high in appetite-suppressing resistant starch.

Plus, they help boost your metabolism!

Walnuts provide heart-healthy fats, among a myriad of other incredible benefits.  They’re a true superfood!

You may also add chia and fennel seeds for Omega-3s.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 Cup Wu-Long Slimming Tea
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Raw Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Bring 1-2 Cups Wu-Long Tea to a boil
  2. Add Steel-Cut Oats and Cook until desired consistency
  3. Top with Bananas, Walnuts, Cinnamon

Curry Egg Salad Sammy

7.  Curried Egg Salad

Our bodies are acidic – which breeds inflammation, and even cancers.

That’s why a lot of holistic medical practitioners work to help patients consume lots of ‘alkalizing’ foods.

My favorite Alkalizing Foods are:

1.  Lemons

2.  Spinach

3.  Slimming Tea!  <=== Alkalizing and Cancer-Fighting!

Here’s a delicious recipe you can use for curried egg salad.

I use mine over greens, or eat it with Mary’s Gone Crackers.  They’re super seedy and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 2 Hard-Cooked Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Plain Greet Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Curry Powder
  • ½ Cup Spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

1.  Combine eggs, yogurt, bell pepper, curry powder, salt, and pepper, in a small bowl; stir well.

Spinach_parm_tomato_fritatta

8.  Italian Frittata

Eggs are an ideal food for people who want to maintain or lose weight fast.

They’re tasty, low in calories (about 80 per egg), and filled with satisfying protein that helps curb cravings.

(I make sure to always buy cage-free organic eggs.)

In fact, it’s a shame to eat them only at breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 6 Cage-Free Organic Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesean
  • ½ Yellow Onion
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Firm Roma or medium-sized tomatoes – cube one and slice the other
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper, and your favorite Italian herbs, such as parsley, basil, rosemary, oregano, chives, and crushed red pepper!

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs, salt and black pepper vigorously in a mixing bowl, in order to beat a lot of air into the eggs to create a fluffier texture for the frittata.
  2. Gently mix in the cubed tomato and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  3. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8-inch, oven-proof skillet with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, add a bit more olive oil to the pan and toss in the sliced yellow onion. 5.  Sauté for 5 minutes until the onion softens. Then add in spinach, and sauté for a quick minute, just until the spinach leaves start to wilt.
  5. Turn heat down to medium-low, and add the egg mixture into skillet. As the frittata cooks, use a rubber spatula to gently lift the cooked edges to allow uncooked eggs to run down to the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Once the eggs begin to set around the edges – after about five minutes – arrange the tomato slices on top
  7. Lower the heat to low, cover the skillet, and continue cooking for another 5-8 minutes.
  8. As it cooks, occasionally shake the skillet gently to ensure it cooks evenly, and also remove the cover a few times and use a spatula to lift the frittata to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  9. When the eggs are just about set (the top will be slightly runny) turn the fire off, uncover, and sprinkle on chopped fresh herbs.
  10. Turn the oven to broil and place the whole skillet into the oven. Broil for a few minutes (about 3-4 minutes), watch closely until the frittata is lightly browned and fluffy.
  11. Remove from oven and loosen the frittata by gently shaking the pan. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Apples and Peanut Butter

9.  Adult Lick-A-Sticks

I love putting these out as a healthy alternative to chips and dips at parties.

Ingredients

  • Sliced Apples
  • Crushed Nuts – Walnuts, Pecans, Pistachios and Almonds are my favorites
  • Raw Almond Butter

Directions

  1. Dunk Sliced apples into raw almond butter, then into crushed nuts.
  2. It makes a sort of healthy candied-apple alternative and it’s great for groups!

cereal with caramelized apple

10.  Slimming Tea Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sprouted quinoa (I buy mine sprouted at Whole Foods and rinse thoroughly before cooking.)
  • 2 ¼ Cups Slimming Tea
  • 2 Diced Apples
  • 3 Tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

 Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the tea to a boil over high heat. Stir in the quinoa and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small skillet, add the apples and ¼ Cup Tea and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and reduce the heat, simmering until crisp-tender. Add the syrup and vanilla.
  3. Serve Cinnamon Apple mixture over quinoa for a healthy, fat-burning oatmeal!

Why THIS "Gluten-Free" Food Is Actually Bad For You…

I can’t believe the sneaky ingredients I found in this ‘healthy’ food!

Today I Threw Away My Favorite Snack Food…

Photodune-4720294-salted-pretzel-sticks-s__1_

Do you ever find yourself with an innocent snack attack at the office, in between meals, or late at night?

The easiest thing to do in this situation is to grab a bag of chips, pick at leftovers, or even slice up a piece of fruit.

But perhaps you don’t want a sugary piece of fruit and it’s right before bed. Maybe you don’t have any leftovers.

So… you opt for the chips.

But I’m not talking about Dorito’s or Pringles.  Nay – you’re a health conscious individual!  So you grab a bag of Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks, like Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks.

Or at least if you’re like me you do… err… did.

That’s because recently my eyes have been opened up to the fact that just because something is ‘Gluten-Free’ doesn’t make it GOOD.

Gluten-Free Doesn’t Make It Right…

Case in point: my bag of Glutino Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks.

There are a lot of darn good Gluten-Free bread-mimicking foods, like Rudi’s delicious gluten-free bread, or even pre-made gluten-free bread crumbs by Bob’s Red Mill.  I’m not dissecting these products today… but after you read through this entire email – you can make your own decision about whether or not to continue eating these gluten-less substitutes!

Glutino’s Gluten-Free Preztels are one of the most delicious gluten-free substitutes I’ve personally found.

But after what I’ve just learned… I threw out two full bags.

I just can’t do it anymore…

Namely – there isn’t much GOOD in gluten-free pretzels.  They’re salty, sugary, full of preservatives and even a few substances I personally consider to be toxic – such as sodium bicarbonate.

When I walked into the pantry last night realizing I was CRAVING pretzels… I had to stop and realize that I was, indeed, addicted to this food.

Worse yet… this morning I made the dash to the pantry to have a handful of pretzels while I made breakfast.

I suddenly looked down and realized that I was a fiend for these sneaky little cracker sticks.  Yep – addicted.

I’ll tell you what I did to satisfy that craving in a little bit…

The Role of Gluten-Free Pretzels on Blood Sugar…

There are a few reasons this food triggers an addictive urge in me.

Typically, I try to avoid foods that raise blood glucose too much.

And that means I generally avoid overdoing the starches and sugars.

But not all starches are the same.

Some starches digest very quickly and cause a rapid rise in blood sugar, while others digest very slowly, causing blood glucose to rise less and over a longer duration.

“Resistant starches” are not digested in the small intestine at all, and therefore cause little to no blood sugar spike.

I then checked the ingredients in my pretzels and realized that two of the ingredients were probably really wreaking havoc on my blood sugar levels: potato starch and rice flour.

These ingredients are notorious for elevating blood sugar quickly – which is worse than if our bodies were able to digest them slowly.

Why I Felt “Addicted” To Gluten-Free Pretzels…

The biggest problem with my delicious pretzels is that I never felt satiated after one handful.  (Bet you can’t eat just one! 😉

I kept wanting more and more, handful after handful.

When foods are sugary, or have properties that mimic sugar in our bodies, we often become addicted to them because of a dopamine response they create in our brains.

Over time, this dopamine response lessens, and we need more and more to satiate the craving.

This is the primary source of food addiction and binge eating disorders.

It’s not just dangerous because it can make you fat…

… But it is dangerous to your self-esteem, as well.

When I looked up after binging on 500 calories of pretzel sticks the other night – I knew I might have a problem.

Dissecting Glutino Pretzel Sticks…

Normally this would be easy.

I’d avoid the aisles and these bags of starchy, sugary goodness would never get into my pantry.

I avoid processed foods, foods too high in sodium, and I especially avoid things in packages.

But the Gluten-Free thing really caught me off guard…

Here are a few other things that made me raise my eyebrows at my own bad decision.

5 Reasons I’ll AVOID Gluten-Free Pretzels

1. Corn Starch

It’s a starch derived from corn.  Ingredient #1 in the pretzels.

And do you know what?  I don’t want a corn product that’s from genetically modified corn.

Glutino_organic___gmo-free_chart

www.wulongforlife.com

I did some digging in the Glutino brand and found this:

My pretzels aren’t in this list of organic or GMO-Free foods by Glutino.

SO if you’re avoiding quick-digesting starches to keep yoru blood sugar in check…

… Or if you’re avoiding GMO’s and non-organics…

The best choice may be to ditch these otherwise delectable gluten-free delights.

2.  Soluble Corn Fiber

More corn – more GMO risk.

3.  Sugar

Sugar completely inundates our lives – showing up in beverages, sauces, and even in my salty pretzels!

I’ve called it the most dangerous food in America… and I don’t need any MORE of it in my life than I already consume – sometimes unwittingly at restaurants or in fake ‘health foods’ such as these Glutino pretzels!

4.  Salt

I’ll take salty pretzels or popcorn any day of the week over a piece of cake or a jelly bean.

But packaged foods have a way of over-doing the salt leading to high sodium.

Plus, the salt used in packaged foods isn’t the high-quality sea salt I would use at home for it’s health benefits.

Packaged foods have a way of sneaking in more sodium thatn our home-cooked foods… without us even noticing!

In fact, while our bodies only need 200 mg of sodium per day, the average American consumes up to 3,600 mg per day!

Too much sodium in our system causes our bodies to retain water, which puts excessive burden on our hearts and blood vessels.

That’s why people with high blood pressure avoid high-sodium diets.

5.  Soy Lecithin

Soy lecithin is ubiquitous in almost all processed foods.

It’s composition is different depending on its manufacturer, but it’s usually about a third soybean oil.

If you avoid processed foods, you would definitely avoid foods with soy lecithin.

Same goes for if you avoid soy due to it’s tendency to be a crop that’s generally riddled with nasty toxins…

… Not to mention the fact that soy is linked to weight gain and estrogen-mimicking properties in men.

A Hard Decision I Made For My Body…

Here’s the moral of the story: convenience foods aren’t made for longevity.

They can leave you feeling more hungry than when you started, spike blood sugar, trigger negative insulin responses in your body, cause you to eat more than you should, cause you to eat the WRONG types of ingredients… cause you to feel addicted…

… Oh, yeah.  And all this may lead to weight gain at the least – diabetes and cardiovascular problems on the worse end of the spectrum.

What Can You Do To Stop Cravings and Weight Gain?

I have a few tricks up my sleeve.

#1 – Find A Replacement That’s Easy To Grab…

If I’m majorly craving carbs, sugars, or pretzels – I go for an all-natural, nitrate-free smoked jerky.  Or perhaps some celery with peanut butter.  Carrots and hummus.  A bowl of sauerkraut with feta cheese, even!

These are all more satiating, and won’t spike my blood sugar.

I always have fresh, washed, cut veggies in my refrigerator.  And healthy turkey jerky 😉

#2 – Drink Water!

Often when we feel hungry, we’re actually just thirsty.

I trick myself into drinking more water by making sparkling lemonades with fresh lemon juice, zest, and a few drops of Stevia.

But even more refreshing than that is Wu-Long Tea with filtered water.  I keep several tumblers of Wu-Long Iced Tea with lids on them in my fridge at all times.

Then if I go into the fridge with cravings – I enjoy a cup or two of delicious, antioxidant-loaded Wu-Long Tea instead.

#3 – Slimming Tea Capsules

Wu-Long Slimming Tea Capsules are super high in fat-crushing polyphenols.

Plus, they help to eliminate carb cravings and regulate your body’s insulin response.

Is Whole Wheat Toast WORSE Than A Snickers Bar?

http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photo-fat-thin-image13594020

Is A Slice of Wheat Toast Worse Than a Snickers Bar?

This morning I was jogging with the puppies and listening to a fascinating health and fitness book on my iPhone.

And I heard a pretty shocking fact!

The author questioned the reader to choose which of the following would cause the highest spike in blood sugar:

  • A tablespoon of pure white sugar.
  • A Snickers bar.
  • A banana.
  • A slice of whole wheat bread.

Which one would you choose?

I might get cheeky and choose the banana.  But most people would choose the Snickers Bar, right?!

But the answer is the last one you’d guess: the slice of whole wheat bread.

WOW!

When you consider how blood sugar spikes after eating particular foods (called the Glycemic Index), the items I mention break down like this:

Effects_of_food_on_gi_graph_chart_glycemmic_index

What Is The Glycemic Index… And Why Do I Care?

The Glycemic Index (GI) in is a measure of how fast a food raises blood sugar levels.

Glucose has a GI of 100, and if a food has a GI of 50, it raises your blood sugar half as much as glucose.

Table sugar is 50% glucose and 50% fructose.

As people concerned with long, disease-free and healthy lives, we avoid sugar when possible.

That’s because when too much sugar is consumed, your body’s natural insulin response can become overused and weakened, even resistant.

The Results of Too Much Sugar…

Excess sugar can cause metabolic syndrome, obesity, diabetes, and even heart disease.

And if you eat processed foods or bottled beverages – you are likely consuming enough sugar per serving to spike your insulin levels to the moon.

Why does merely 3 beers in one night effect your waistline, and your energy levels as much as, say, 15 would when you were 21 years old?

This may be due to your body’s weakened ability to process sugars, or insulin resistance.

And when you have a weakened insulin response, you store sugars as FAT.

Plus, sugar can make you resistant to the hormone leptin in the same way it becomes resistant to insulin.

Instead of RAISING your metabolic rate when you eat foods, your brain misses the signal that you are full.

And it goes into fat-storing versus energy-burning mode!

 What Can I Do?

There are a few things you can do with this information.

1.  If you have any old Food Pyramids lying around the house: TRASH ‘EM.

The moment the government stuck it’s two-sense into our diets – the low-fat diet craze hit the country.

And then the country got fat.  And overrun with heart disease.  And diabetes.

The shift to a whole-grain based diet served merely to spike our collective blood sugars.

2.  Consume Foods With Lower GI

I’m not talking about Atkins, Paleo, Inuit, Werewolf, or any other kind of special diet.

But I would strongly encourage you NOT to make whole grains… and especially not sugary foods the foundation of your personal food pyramid.

In fact, did you know that when you eat foods that spike your blood sugar, the easier it will be for your body to resist insulin; thereby storing sugars as fats?

Worse yet, your brain doesn’t realize you’re full!

So you keep eating more and more because your brain isn’t picking up what your stomach is throwing down.

3.  You Can Wu-Long!

That’s right, I just used Wu-Long as a verb.  =)

That’s because I don’t just have our Medicinal-Grade carb-craving eliminator Tea in stock…

Don't Fall For This Grocery-Store "Trick"…

Danger And Hazard Sign

This. Is. Huge.

I just read an article from the Washington Times that unveiled a study done by the American Chemical Society on antioxidants found in popular ‘tea’ beverages.

These are beverages marketed by grocery stores…

… Even “Health Food” stores… as beneficial disease-fighting beverages.

A chemist from Rutgers University tested 49 samples of popular grocery store tea beverages.

And his results were really shocking.

He found that the average 16-ounce serving of bottled tea contained as little as 3 miligrams of polyphenols.

Yikes!

In the same 16-ounce serving of Wu-Long Tea, you’d find 157 mg of polyphenols.

And in our Slimming Tea capsules, just two capsules provides nearly 500 mg of these incredible antioxidant compounds.

What’s The Big Deal About Polyphenols & Antioxidants?

Antioxidants are a big deal.

Our bodies are constantly fighting infection, disease, even cancers.

Antioxidants are magical little chemical compounds that fight these ailments.

Merely breathing exposes your body to free radicals, which are substances that attack healthy cells.

When left to attack our healthy cells, free radicals can cause cardiovascular (heart) disease and even breed cancer.

One antioxidant that I’ll tell you more about in a second is polyphenols.

How Can I Consume More Antioxidants?

You can find antioxidants in foods with Vitamin C, E, and carotenoids.

Carotenoids inlude beta-carotene, lycopene, and lutein.

Also in foods, such as blueberries, you will find antioxidants.

And they’re absolutely loaded in bee pollen!

But do you know one of the world’s most powerful ways to consume antioxidants… without consuming pint after pint of sugary fruits?

It’s all-natural, 100% Wu-Long Tea.

Wu-Long Tea is loaded with antioxidants, such as polyphenols.

Polyphenols are an antioxidant compound generally found in plants.

And Wu-Long is VERY high in Polyphenols.

Why Not Just Drink Green Tea?

You may have heard that green tea is loaded with antioxidants, too.

But not like Wu-Long!

Wu-Long is NOT just any tea.  It’s a special tea that grows in an extremely high altitude, preserved from environmental toxins and chemicals in the Chinese Wuyi mountains.

And it has an average of 2.5 TIMES the polyphenol content of green tea.

Wu-Long Capsules pack in 523% MORE polyphenols than green tea.

WHOA!

That’s right: WuLong is PACKED with 56 mg in just a 6-ounce cup of tea.

And just ONE Slimming Tea Capsules has 112mg of incredible polyphenols.

So if you’re looking to oxidize fat and fight disease, then DON’T waste your time with grocery store teas.

Polyphenols and other antioxidants in Wu-Long are a HUGE deal.

They can:

·       Reduce signs of aging & wrinkles

·       Eliminate signs of atopic dermatitis, or reduce acne

·       Assist to lower cholesterol

·       Fight Diabetes

·       Oxidize fat… that’s right – Wu-Long “oxidizes” fat out of your body just like rusting out a car!

Grab YOUR Wu-Long tea or much-coveted Wu-Long Capsules HERE

You can drink Wu-Long hot or iced… OR if you’re on-the-go…

Pack Easy Wu-Long Slimming Capsules in your briefcase, purse, desk, suitcases… well – if you’re like me you have a box in just about every bag and briefcase you own!

Wu-Long Tea Capsules are SO powerful that we completely SOLD OUT of them in January.  Yikes!

But, alas, they’re back in stock now.  Check this out!

Re: AVOID These "Healthy Junk Foods"… Here Are Your Healthy Recipes!

Cereal bars

Yesterday I revealed 6 shocking “health foods” that are actually really bad for you.

And I promised I’d give you three ‘alternatives’ today; easy delicious healthy recipes you can make at home in no time!

Don’t forget to order your Wu-Long tea so that you can increase your fat loss 240% more than green tea!

1.  Replace “Energy Bars” with this healthy fat-loss bar, instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mixed Nuts + Seeds (I love pumpkin seeds, slivered raw almonds, sunflower seeds and pistachios!)
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter (the crunchier the better!)
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil (if you like coconut flavor – make sure it’s unrefined!)
  • ¼ Cup Almond Meal – which is basically almonds ground into a flour
  • 1 ½ Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tsp Raw Organic Honey
  • ¾ Cup Whey Protein Powder ß Don’t use if you’re allergic to dairy!  You can find vegan protein powders to substitute.
  • 1 Lg. Egg
  • ½ Tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ Cup Dried Goji Berries
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Coconut

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2.  Toast nuts, seeds, and ¼ cup shredded coconut on a baking sheet until golden brown.  *Be sure to shake the tray once or twice during cooking so it bakes evenly!  Keep oven on for later.

3.  Pour toasted nuts, seeds, and coconut into a food processor and pulse until it has the consistency of bread crumbs

4.  Melt coconut oil and almond butter and place in bowl

5.  Add vanilla extract, honey, and salt to bowl.

6.  Mix protein powder, almond meal, and nut mixture with the contents of the bowl.

7.  Mix in the egg

8.  Mix in goji berries

9.  Press contents into a bread loaf pan – I recommend 8”X 8” in size

10.  Bake pan for 10 minutes.

11.  Remove from oven and sprinkle additional shredded coconut on top

12.  Allow 10-15 minutes to cool and cut into bars.

  • Each pan makes about 12 servings.
  • 1 serving has less than 185 calories, 14 grams of fat, and 12.6 grams of protein
  • Wrap bars in wax paper and grab on the go!

2.  Don’t Fall For Store-Bought Granola – Try This Paleo Granola Instead!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews
  • ¼ Raw Pepitas or Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
  • ½ Cup Raw Honey
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Goji Berries or Dehydrated Fresh Fruit of Choice
  • Sea Salt

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

2.  Blend nuts & coconut flakes to just slightly broken up, still chunky texture

3.  Heat coconut oil, raw honey, and vanilla extract and place in bowl

4.  Add seeds, nuts, and coconut flakes to the contents of the bowl and stir

5.  Spread mixture on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes – be sure to shake the pan once or twice so they’ll bake evenly!

6.  Add dried fruit and sea salt when you take the pan out of the oven.  It’s best to press the salt and fruit into the hot granola so it’ll stick together.

7.  After 15 minutes of cooling, break into chunks and enjoy!

  • Each pan makes about 12 servings.
  • 1 serving has less than 195 calories, 9 grams of fat, and 3.5 grams of protein

3.  Don’t Drink Insulin-Spiking Juices and Smoothies!

Marketers put trendy labels to fool people into buying expensive ‘health’ drinks with super-sweet concoctions that claim to be loaded with beets, apples, mangoes, oranges, kiwis and, well, … you get the point.

Some of these store-bought juices even have real fruits and vegetables in them, but often the problem is that they’ve watered down the real fruit juice and you’re left with a super-sweet, highly caloric, fiber-less ‘health’ drink (that may even look kinda green…)

Worse yet – they often add high fructose corn syrup to them.

When you strip the blood sugar-regulating fiber out of the fruit and then suck down enough fructose to spike the insulin levels of a small village, you risk storing fat in your body.

Worst of all – the insulin spike will leave you craving carbs for the rest of the day!

Try to stick to juice that’s chock full of greens and roots will provide you with real benefits that cleanse your body and keep you on track with your slimming goals.

Green equals lean – remember that juicing is incredible – but try to do it at home where you can monitor the ingredients – without the added high fructose corn syrup!

And if you do find yourself with killer carb cravings – I want you to know that there are drinks that can actually help eliminate carb cravings…   Check this out!  <<< SALE!

That’s right – not only does Wu-Long Slimming Tea KILL carb cravings… which helps you eat HUNDREDS of less calories per day…

… But it also burns fat for 24 hours after you drink it.

That’s increasing your fat loss every single day by a ton.

Get yours here so that you’ll be ready to shine in the summer sun!

AVOID These 6 "Health Foods" If You Want To Lose Weight…

These 6 “Healthy” Junk Foods May Surprise You!

“I’ve been on a diet for two weeks, and all I’ve lost is two weeks.”
~Totie Fields

Sound familiar?

How many people announce they’re going to ‘give up alcohol for a month’, ‘stop eating bread’, or even ‘cut sugar from my diet – even fruit!’…

… Only to break their ‘diet’ by the weekend – unable to survive the deprivation of food and drink they love.

One of my favorite principles is the one that it’s sugar and wheat – not fat and meat – that should be avoided.

I even read recently in the famous bestseller Wheat Belly that two pieces of whole wheat bread may spike your sugar MORE than a Snickers bar!  YIKES!

So without futher ado, here are 6 shocking foods that may cause weight gain…

Energy/Protein Bars

Many of these bars pack in 10, 12, even 14 grams of protein.

How can that be a bad thing?

Well these bars, albeit terribly convenient, aren’t necessarily the best fast food option.

Some of these bars have 400 calories or more – and many of that due to sugar and high fructose corn syrup.

If you’re looking for protein and a little bit of natural sugar, try packing real dates and raw nuts.

Don’t worry about adding a bit of olive oil and sea salt to the mix to give it a bit of flavor.

You can also make fantastic high-protein trail mix with real cacao.

Ultimately, if it comes in a package… it’s best to stay away from it!

Want a healthy alternative to protein bars?

Stay tuned and I’ll post a healthy protein bar recipe for you in the next week!

Granola

This one really shocked… and kinda peeved me.

Granola has long been considered a pantry staple and healthy breakfast option, but it can be surprisingly high in sugar.

Plus, a lot of granola is made with all the WRONG kinds of oil, like canola.

While calories aren’t necessarily a *bad* thing – they’re essentially energy – many of the calories from granola aren’t coming from the healthy nuts and seeds, they derive from oils and sugars.

Worse yet, many of they ingredients corporations sneak into granola include inunlin (a soluble fiber that can wreak havoc on your tummy) and soy protein isolate – which you should avoid

Plus, Granola should NOT be eaten like cereal.

One ‘bowl’ of granola can exceed 800 calories!  If you must eat granola, it’s best to use as ‘sprinkles’ or in 1/2 cup portions.

Better still would be to find a killer recipe and make your own.

Stay tuned and I’ll post a healthy granola recipe for you in the next week!

Health Foods Shouldn’t Have Chemicals!

Drink This Chinese Secret For Health & Weight Loss – NO Preservatives – 100% Natural

Dried Fruit

Dried fruit seems like a perfectly healthy snack; after all it is FRUIT, right?

Unfortunately, dried fruit can have many times more sugar and significantly more calories then you would get from the fresh version.

The other problem is that it is very easy to overdo it because it doesn’t seem like you are eating as much.

You can easily consume 500 calories mindlessly munching dried apricots.  I know this from experience!!

Not to mention that dried fruits from a store are *riddled* with preservatives.

The toxin sulfite is in most dried fruits to keep it’s color and freshness.

Have you ever had a hangover from wine?

It may not be just dehydration… sulfites are known to cause splitting headache ‘hangovers’ in people, as well as being sighted as a neurotoxin.

What’s the best alternative to dried fruit?

Apples and oranges stay fresh a long time if you’re really craving fruit and spend a lot of time on the run.

I often take an apple with me from hotels and keep it in my briefcase when I know there’s absolutely no way of getting food for a few hours.

But frankly if you’re really craving sugar… or if you have a ‘carb craving’, <<THIS is the BEST way to curb that sugar craving fast.>>

Frozen Foods

Shhh, hear that?

The freezer aisle at your grocery store is whispering to you that it is full of diet friendly ready-to-go meals.

Don’t listen – it’s LYING to you!  😀

Seriously, though.  Even though these frozen ‘diet foods’ may be low in calories, they’re pumped with tons of sodium and preservatives.

When foods are low in calories and full of chemicals – you won’t feel satiated and you’ll continue trying to eat to feel satiated.

That leads to weight gain, and you may be messing with your insulin resistance depending on what you use to satiate that hunger.

Plus, all the ‘bad salt’ in frozen foods will make you look bloated, or even make it appear as though you have a fat tummy.

The best thing you can do is to ‘meal prep’ healthy foods at home so that even if you do freeze food – you know what ingredients went into it!

Salads

You’re not fooling me, Mr. Caloric Cobb!  Or Mrs. Chubby Caesar!

You’re NOT making the healthy choice in a restaurant because you choose the salad.

In fact, I worked twelve years in restaurants and do you know what I learned?

The salads usually have TWICE the calories of a regular meal and NONE of the protein.

As opposed to getting bacon-wrapped shrimp with veggies, a cobb salad will have twice the bacon, two eggs, 300 calories of mayonnaise, 250 fatty blue cheese calories, and completely nutritionally-void lettuce.

Get the shrimp!  Wrap it in bacon!  You’re doing your body, and your waistline a massive favor!

Smoothies & Juices

Ok, this shouldn’t be news to you if you’ve read my emails a while.

Smoothies and juices are often sugar BOMBS.

When you consume enough fruit to last the average Islander a week in ONE fell swoop – you’re committing murder on your insulin levels.

When you come down from the sugar high – don’t think you’re going to go for a cross-country run.

No, sugary smoothies and juices are more likely to make you fat than help you trim the LB’s.

Plus, juicing fruit takes out the fat-fighting, tummy-filling Fiber from the Fruit.

And store-bought smoothies and juices are WAY worse.

Did you know that a 12oz glass of orange juice actually has almost the same amount of sugar and carbs as a 12oz glass of soda?

I Just Ate The Best Meal Of My Life…

Filet mignon

Last night some friends took me out for what was literally the best meal of my entire life.

I enjoyed a rare (yes, I said rare) filet from an amazing chophouse in Dallas where my husband and I are on business.

It was that simple.  Grass fed beef and mushrooms.  No veggies, no salad… no appetizer.  Nothing green, leafy, juiced, dehydrated, or otherwise fitness-flared.

Now, I very, very rarely get steak…

When I do, I only want to eat grass-fed beef: hormone-free, super healthy, organic, no grains.

And at this delicious restaurant, I was able to enjoy beef from a local ranch here in Texas.

How To Find Delicious Grass-Fed Beef

It’s not hard to find grass fed beef.

Tons of farms and ranches sell their meat from “Grass-Fed Cows”.

I fall for it – and avoid any beef that isn’t labeled ‘grass-fed’.

But did you know that not all grass fed beef is being advertised properly?

I’ve been doing some digging, and I found out that while almost all cattle eat grass… not ALL cattle die on grass.

That’s right – some cattle eat grass and then die eating GRAINS.

That’s because the grains fatten up the cows and produce the marbled type beef that people just love.

So if you’re avoiding grains; avoid ‘fake’ grass fed beef.

Why Should You Choose “Grass-Fed” Beef?

There are numerous reasons why we should choose grass-fed beef.

Number one: it’s natural.

Cows really aren’t into grains.

As a matter of fact:  Grains Make Cows Sick.

That’s right…

Animals that are normally a healthy pH7 acidity drop to a deadly pH4 acidity because of the bacteria they eat due to grains.

In order to speed up the fattening of the cows, they’re administered hormones and antibiotics to keep them alive.

Eew.

Just don’t eat sick cows, okay?

What Is “Real” Grass-Fed Beef?

Real “Grass-Fed Beef” is from a cow that’s fed exclusively on their mother’s milk and grass.    Period.

Milk and Grass.  Milk and Grass.  Simple as that.

Because grass-fed cows have a healthy pH7 balance in their bodies, they have a healthy fat balance of Omega-3’s and Omega-6 fatty acids.

Don’t eat grain-finished beef.

Humans… and even pets, live longer eating organic, free-range poultry and grass-fed, hormone-free beef.

In fact, this is where I go for all my GF beef, nitrate-free jerky, ground beef and bison, sausage, lamb, etc.

It’s US Wellness Meats – the prices are awesome and you can do it all online!

Go HERE For All Your Meats, Not Just Grass-Fed Beef

US Wellness Meats is run by a 5th generation farmer, John Wood.

He grew up seeing cattle grass-fed, then confined and grain-fed for their final four months.

About 17 years ago, he began raising animals on a 100% forage diet and the taste was outstanding.

In North America, this was the traditional method until the 1950’s, when farmers took animals off of their natural diet and began using grain to fatten the animals up.

It’s no wonder with the unnatural farming methods, hormones, and GMO’s that our food is bigger, but not better!

For juicy, tender meats – go here and order these amazingly high-quality and delicious meats.

Seriously, my friend.

Go get yourself some quality meats.  They don’t just taste great, but get them because they are better for you.

Best yet, the best food you’ll ever taste is high in quality, but not necessarily high in price.

Go order your grass-fed beef, lamb, free-range poultry, bison, at stellar prices here.

From [customer]Hi,So, first I’d like to say, I enjoy your emails and educating myself with your knowledge. Second, in this message, I’m not claiming you to be a liar, but was just curious how we know who’s telling us the truth or not.So, are you saying all “grass-fed” labeled beef at any super market is not only grass fed? Just curious as to how we would know which are and which aren’t.Is US Wellness Meats the only company where one can purchase purely “grass-fed” beef? Or just one of the best? Also, how do we know their cows don’t die on grain like the others.I guess none of us would really know unless we watched the cow we purchase grow, eat and harvest before our eyes.Curiously,

[Dearest Wu-Long Slimming Tea Enthusiast],
Thanks for the great questions!
“You are what you eat” applies to cows”… as well as humans!
The reason we use US Wellness Meats is because we are actually certain they use 100% live and die on grass cows.
(You’ll see that they don’t have high enough yield to even keep stocked with most of their basic items!)
They aren’t the highest “Yield” grass-fed farm – but they are very high quality.
All cows start out on the pasture – drinking mother’s milk and eating grass.
But even ‘grass-fed’ cows are often brought indoors to fatten up on grain and receive antibiotics.
Not to mention that the grain most very likely contains GMO’s.
Eew!
SO…
If you’re looking for grass-fed beef – make sure it’s *100%* Grass-Fed from cradle to grave, so to speak.
Or 100% Grass Fed “until the cow goes to pasture”… err… well you get the point.
Look for the term “grass-finished” or “100% pasture-raised” as well.
This term refers to what the animal actually EATS, as opposed to “free-range”, which means that the animal spends part of it’s days outdoors.
😀
Thanks for the great question, [customer]!
I’m glad I could answer it for you.
_ Stephanie_
P.S.
And another thing…
I only make *pennies* for every hundred bucks customers spend with US Wellness Meats.
In fact I wrote the email long before I had an affiliate relationship with them.
My good friend Ashley told me that I might as well make the $40.00 or so on the backend if I recommend them.
But I don’t recommend US Wellness Meats for any money that I could make, that’s for sure!!
I just wanted to make sure I recommended something I actually eat at home!
xo,
Stephanie

High Altitude Tea

The Best Teas On Earth Are Grown At A High Altitude, Like Wu-Long!

What a GREAT way to start my week!

I just got a challenging question from one of our Okuma Wu-Long Tea Drinkers.

Here’s what just came into my inbox:

On Mon, Mar 24, 2014 at 8:39 AM, [customer] wrote:
Stephanie, I would like for you to please read this article
and let me know your thoughts.
I have been drinking your Wu-Long Slimming tea but was somewhat
discouraged after reading this article.
Thank you, [signature of customer]

Because I take all customer questions and concerns really seriously, I immediately went to read the article.

Here’s what I found out…

The “Truth” About Wu-Long Tea…

The author of the article is actually a huge tea fan.

The author appears to even receive compensation to promote the teas she promotes in her article.

She began by explaining that all tea comes from the same plant (camelia sinensis).  Truth.

The author also writes that claims that tea promotes weight loss are pretty much marketing bunk because they ALL effectively promote weight loss.

This isn’t quite true, though.

A LOT of teas are sold as green, black, oolong, pu’ehr, etc… but they’re so full of other ingredients that there’s very little of the weight-loss proponents in these teas.

Plus, not all teas are high in fat-burning polyphenols and catechins.

More on that in a sec…

The author then stated that Wu-Long is a marketing term, basically for Oolong, as westerners call it.

This is a misunderstanding that I’ll also explain below…

However the author is right about one thing: tea is great – and many teas stimulate weight loss, not just Wu-Long.

Here are a few critical points I touched on personally for my fellow Wu-Long Drinker this morning, and thought I’d share with you today!

Why Is Wu-Long Rare and Special?

Wu-Long DOES stand out from other teas.  And it’s not just any old “Oolong” :-)

In China it’s referred to as a ‘crane among dragons’ and it is sold in Taiwan for as much as $300 per kg.

Wu-Long is a very special tea that comes from the Fujian Province of China.

Plus, Okuma’s Wu-Long comes from a tea plantation that is run by multi-generational families of tea connoisseurs.

Wu-Long does NOT come from a mass-yielding, low-quality plantation that’s sprayed with pesticides and other scary chemicals.

Wu-Long is grown for QUALITY, not quantity.

In fact, Okuma has published third-party laboratory research that confirms Wu-Long is FREE of ANY traceable pesticides, chemicals, environmental toxins, or other foreign elements.

When you drink Wu-Long Slimming Tea, you’re drinking some of the most rare, most pure, and most powerful teas on earth.

How Does Wu-Long Help You Lose Weight Fast?

Okuma’s Slimming Wu-Long is quite special because it has extremely high polyphenols and catechins.

The antioxidant and fat-burning effects of our Wu-Long are often 4-10 times higher than other popular ‘fatburning’ teas.

Sadly, when you get into the mainstream teas, you’ll often find chemicals, pesticide residues, additives, coloring, artificial flavorings, and even other additions to the tea.

Wu-Long has been extensively studied in the U.S. and abroad for it’s high polyphenols, which stimulate weight loss.

Polyphenols are plant chemical compounds; including catechinstheaflavinstannins, and flavonoids.

Is Wu-Long Just “Oolong”?

No!

In fact even Oolong is only 2% of the world’s tea… and the Wu-Long Okuma purveys is from a protected UNESCO world heritage site high above sea level.

It’s a high mountain, or high “altitude” tea.

So, yeah.  We’re pretty dang rare and very special!  😀

The difference between Okuma’s Wu-Long and the “Oolong” that this writer refers to is that she isn’t distinguishing the actual plantations.

She’s pretty much saying that Oolong’s are the same, and that they aren’t rare.  This is totally UNTRUE.

Wu-Long is grown in one of the world’s highest altitude tea plantations.

Higher altitude means lower crop yield, in fact.

Academic and professional tea reviews indicate that high altitude teas have superior aroma, color, brightness, mouthfeel, and flavor.

However, because Wu-Long is grown at this high-altitude environment in the Wuyi mountains, and there is NOT a lot yielded per crop…

… It is also a bit pricier than grocery store teas!

The teas grown at this high altitude take longer to grow and develop.  Plus the crop yields are lower, so they’re more rare.

Teas are kinda like wine, actually.

In fact, Wu-Long is sold in it’s home country for between 150 and 300 USD per kg… so it ain’t cheap even if you drink it in it’s home country!

How To Make Good Decisions With Your Tea…

In the same way we grow out of Ramen Noodles and Yellow Tail wine, it’s good to grow out of bad teas.

Here’s what you’re looking for…

  • Organic, or pesticide free (like Wu-Long)
  • No artificial colors or flavors (like Wu-Long)
  • High polyphenol, catechin, and other weight-regulating components (like Wu-Long)
  • High antioxidants and alkalizing properties to detox and fight disease (like Wu-Long)
  • 1-Ingredient – no scary fillers you can’t see or taste – but that your body will recognize!  (like Wu-Long!)

  • Fight Diabetes
  • Regulate Hormones

3 Tricks To Eat Carbs… And STILL Lose Weight!

Spaghetti

A few years ago when the show “Desperate Housewives” was popular, actress Eva Longoria was regularly grilled by the media about how she stays so thin.

She insisted that she could eat all the buffalo wings and Texas BBQ she wanted, but made sure to have a bite of vegetable in between every bite of fatty, sugary BBQ’d meat.

Sounds like an OK compromise, right?  It sure got my attention.

Well it’s funny.  In recent years I’ve become obsessed with finding easy food ‘tricks’ to allow me to enjoy the foods I love without suffering the effect on my thighs later.

In fact, I found that there’s a lot of wisdom in Eva’s ‘balanced’ approach to food and healthy eating.

Here are 3 of the tricks I swear by to keep my body tight, lean, and fit all year round…

1.  Never eat high-carbohydrate foods by themselves.

I don’t down a bag of pretzels when I’m too busy to grab lunch.

I don’t go for the poppyseed muffin at Starbucks to avoid the fatty plate of cheeses and meats in the case.

Plain bagel?  Just because you cut the cream cheese doesn’t make it okay!

In fact, the high-FAT foods are usually much better for you than the low-fat, high carb foods!

When you eat high-carb foods by themselves, they spike your insulin levels and turn into sugar in your body.

This causes your body to store fat, not burn it!

High-fat foods, however, satiate you for hours longer and don’t spike your blood sugar.

2.  Consume protein with your carbs

Kind of similar to Eva Longoria’s ‘pairing’ foods for weight loss; it’s important that you pair your carbs with protein.

Ditch half your plate of pasta and focus on chicken or beef with your meal.

When you have variety in your meals, you actually slow down the rate at which sugar is released into your blood.

Plus, protein causes you to release the hormone glucagon.

Glucagon fights fat AND the insulin rush you’d normally get eating carbs by themselves.

3.  Drink THIS BEFORE You Eat Anything, Every Time

Unless you’re on a temporary crash diet, carbs WILL be a part of your daily life.

Perhaps it’s a bit of pasta or a sandwich with bread.  Or maybe it’s an apple or other piece of fruit.

Carbs in moderation can still be used to lose weight.

But you must avoid consuming more calories than you need to; the mindless munching mode; or carb cravings.  Your body isn’t satiated so you keep consuming more and more calories without ever feeling full.

Carbs are so dangerous to your healthy diet plan!  (Pretzels are my weakness.  Also popcorn, cous-cous, chicken noodle soup… aiy-yai-yai!)  You get the point.

However, drinking Wu-Long tea BEFORE a meal can help blast away carb cravings so that you will feel satiated and not consume the extra 1, 2, or even 300 calories in mindless carb munching per meal.

Plus, Wu-Long helps to:

*Lower your blood sugar
*Decrease fat storage
*Increase insulin sensitivity
*Oxidize MORE fat…

Remember ==> Drink THIS before eating carbs (every time)

Oh yeah…

Did you know that often when you find yourself having a carb-craving for pretzels, chips, popcorn, or delicious pasta fazole leftovers in your fridge…

You’re actually just THIRSTY?

Next time you feel like you’re going to have a snack attack… or eat more than you should… try THIS.

It’ll kill the carb cravings, hydrate your body, and even help you oxidize fat from your thighs, arms, and belly!

Do This Every Day To Fight Disease and Stay Slim!

Do This Every Day

This may be the world’s easiest way to fight off disease and stay slim!

How do you start your day?

Do you wake up and jump out of bed, ready to pour that first magical cup of tea into you favorite mug?

Maybe you look forward to walking the dog or taking the kids to the bus stop while clasping a hot tea or a refreshing iced Wu-Long.

Well, there’s a simple trick that I’ve been using for years that is one of the best, most healthy ways you can start your day.

Many say that the rituals you have in the morning set the tone for you day…

…As well as makeup the overall health of your body, and length of your life.

Here is the #1 ritual that I would start every single morning with: Wu-Long Tea with Lemon Zest.

I know – sounds really simple, right?

But it’s actually kinda complex… insomuch as it’s one of the most multi-faceted, powerful, positive and incredibly healthy ways you can kick off your day – every day.

Here are 7 reasons Wu-Long with Lemon is good for you:

1.  It Hydrates You

Hydration is a powerful way to keep your body functioning properly.

When you’re dehydrated you feel tired.

Plus, it leads to toxicity in the body.

Water flushes toxins from your body, making you feel much more energetic.

2.  It Keeps You “Regular”

Wu-Long hydrates you, which actually staves off constipation.

Wu-Long is a great way to stimulate your digestive system.

Lemons are also important for loosening up toxins in your digestive tract.

Lemons are also powerful for cleansing the liver.

3.  Wu-Long with Lemon Boosts Your Immune System

Lemons are known to be powerful anti-viral, immune-boosting, and anti-bacterial fruits.

In fact, the Ancient Egyptians used lemons to protect against poison.

(And some say pirates used them to guard against scurvy.  Arrr!)

Lemons are high in Vitamin C, especially in the ZEST.  That’s the delicious yellow outside of the lemon.

Some say the zest of a lemon has 100 TIMES the concentrated nutrients of the juice.

That’s right – don’t throw away your zest!

One really neat trick I use is to microplane lemon zest into ice cube trays to make zesty lemon-flavored ice cubes.  Mmmm!

Use a microplane to dash that zest in your Wu-Long tea.

The potassium is an added bonus because it gives your brain a boost and helps control blood pressure, too!

Lemons also have Vitamins B6 and B12.

4.  It’s Alkalyzing

Lemons are very alkalizing, which helps you fight disease.

They take on the opposite effect of their acidic nature when WITHIN our bodies.

Yeah, it’s kinda counter-intuitive!

An alkaline body is critical to fight diseases, like cancer.

Plus, Wu-Long is high in anti-oxidants that further work to detox, alkalize, and rid your body of diseases present or oncoming.

5.  It’s Good For Your Skin

You probably already know that Wu-Long fights acne and gives you healthy, glowing skin.

But did you know that Vitamin C is critical for getting rid of wrinkles?

Plus Vitamin C fights skin blemishes.

This is due to citric acid in lemons.

Plus, both Wu-Long and lemons help your body alkalize, which fights the bacteria that causes skin blemishes!

6.  Wu-Long with Lemon Zest Helps You Lose Weight

Wu-Long tea raises your energy expenditure throughout the entire day.

It also boosts your metabolism for 24 hours after you drink it, while oxidizing fat in the body.

Did you know that Lemons are also helpful for weight loss?

That’s because they’re rich in pectin fiber, which crushes cravings.

Moreover, the alkalizing effect of Wu-Long with lemon pushes your body to shed fat faster.

7.  It Makes You Smarter

You’re smart to consume Wu-Long with Lemons because of all these benefits.

But did you know that Wu-Long with Lemons also makes you smarter?

That’s right: L-Theanine found in Wu-Long helps generate dopamine and serotonin – neurotransmitters in the brain that make you feel good.

They ALSO make you more productive and boost your brain power.

Lemons have a calming effect that relieve fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness, anxiety, nervousness, and tension.

Moreover, lemon increases concentration and alertness.

Recap…

Whew!  Those are a LOT of benefits!

Here’s a quick recap of why you should start EVERY day with Wu-Long and Lemon Zest!

  1. Hydration
  2. Keeps you “regular”
  3. Boosts Immunity
  4. Alkalyzing
  5. Good for your skin
  6. Helps you lose weight
  7. Makes you smarter

Go here to get your Wu-Long today!
